I have set of questions to ask to one and all....
Do we feel we are independent?
Or we feel the clutches all around us?
What is the meaning of independence?
Are we really independent?
What does this particular Independence means to all of us?
Today we are ready to hoist the our National Flag at Red Fort, a symbol of pride, honour and great sacrifice. We claim that our country has come far away but there is lot to be done to make general citizen of the country feel the True INDEPENDENCE.
We have large battle to fight against - Poverty, Ignorance, Illiteracy, Terrorism, Illness and Unemployment. This is Battle of the Main Heart Land called INDIA

Couldn't agree more Arvind. We are far from independent. We are still bound by the shackles of poverty, illiteracy, caste and class discrimination, Gender biases, regional divides, religion-based conflicts, apathy, political inertia, bureaucratic red tape, individual's lack of sense of duty and responsibility, lack of will in the rulers and will power in the ruled..................there are far too many!!!
